摘 要:为进一步提升带式输送机在综采工作面的运输效率和安全性,针对传统带式输送机换带工艺效率低、工作量大以及安全系数低的问题,提出了以步进电动机和液压系统为组合的带式输送机输送带切带和换带功能为一体的换带装置。在对换带装置总体设计的基础上,分别完成了换带和切带功能实现的基础设计,完成了换带装置的液压系统的设计及液压缸的选型,并对采用差动型电磁换向阀和普通电磁换向阀的换带效率进行对比。In order to further improve the transportation efficiency and safety of belt conveyor in the general mining workface,the belt changing device with the low efficiency,large workload and low safety coefficient of the traditional belt conveyor belt changing process is proposed,which integrates the belt cutting and belt changing functions of belt conveyor with the foot combination of stepping motor and hydraulic system.On the basis of the overall design of the belt changer,the basic design of the belt change and belt cutting functions were completed,the design of the hydraulic system of the belt changer and the selection of the hydraulic cylinder were completed,and the belt change efficiency of the differential electromagnetic reversing valve and the common electromagnetic reversing valve were compared.
