垂直导杆式超前巷道液压支架的设计

摘　　要：为了优化矿井巷道液压支架性能,满足实际应用需求,以ZQ3300/23/42巷道超前支护液压支架为研究对象,简述垂直导杆式支架的设计过程,使用SolidWorks等设计软件进行三维可视化设计和支架的受力仿真分析并指导结构修改。设计完成后的支架顺利通过压架试验,取得了安标证书,并成功交付客户投入使用。In order to optimize the performance of the hydraulic bracket for mine roadway and meet the actual application requirements,the ZQ3300/23/42 roadway overrun support hydraulic bracket is used as the research object to briefly describe the design process of the vertical guide rod type bracket,using SolidWorks and other design software to carry out three-dimensional visualization design and force simulation analysis of the bracket and guide structural modification.Finally,the bracket passed the pressure frame test successfully,obtained the safety standard certificate and was successfully delivered to the customer for use.
