摘 要:针对矿井岩巷掘进效率不高及掘进作业人员劳动强度大等问题,依据现场条件分析了制约岩巷快速掘进的因素,并从炮眼布置、支护优化及引进先进设备等方面对岩巷快速掘进工艺进行优化。经现场应用后,北翼回风巷掘进进尺由60 m/月提升至128 m/月,掘进速度显著提升;同时掘进凿岩、装矸及排矸效率等显著提升,实现了北翼回风快速掘进,为采区早日投产赢取了时间。In response to the problems of low efficiency of rock tunneling and high labor intensity of tunneling operators,the factors limiting fast rock tunneling were analyzed according to the site conditions,and the fast rock tunneling process was optimized from the aspects of gunhole arrangement,support optimization and introduction of advanced equipment.After the application on site,the progress of the north flank backwind road was increased from 60 m/month to 128 m/month,and the digging speed was significantly improved;at the same time,the efficiency of rock excavation,gangue loading and gangue discharge was significantly improved,which realized the fast digging of the north flank backwind and won the time for the early production of the mining area.
