摘 要:针对矿井工作面轨道顺槽巷道围岩控制问题,分析巷道围岩变形的因素,通过FLAC3D数值模拟软件,对比不同支护方式下围岩变形情况,提出采用打设注浆锚索支护替代“单体+π梁”支护。经现场监测和对比分析,结果表明:采用注浆锚索加固后,巷道整体变形量减小,顶底板最大下沉量为387 mm,提升了巷道原有支护围岩控制能力,提高了回采效率,降低了劳动强度。In view of the problem of controlling the surrounding rock of the trackway at the working face of the mine,the factors of the deformation of the surrounding rock of the trackway were analyzed,and the deformation of the surrounding rock under different support methods were compared by FLAC3D numerical simulation software,and the"single body+πbeam"support was proposed to be replaced by the slurry injection anchor cable support.After on-site monitoring and comparative analysis,the results showed that the overall deformation of the roadway was small and the maximum sinkage of the top and bottom slab was 387 mm,which improved the control ability of the original support surrounding rock of the roadway,improved the recovery efficiency and reduced the labour intensity.
