摘 要:随着矿井采掘范围及深度增加,巷道掘进过程中难以避免会遇到松软破碎煤体,巷道在此范围内掘进时会面临较大的安全风险且围岩控制难度较大。以3506运输巷掘进过松软破碎带为研究对象,提出通过短掘短支来降低掘进空顶距离并及时对围岩进行临时支护;对临时支护进行优化,提高支护效率及支护强度;根据巷道围岩破碎圈分布范围,对巷道永久支护方案进行设计。经现场应用后,3506运输巷过松软破碎带时迎头始终保持稳定,未出现冒顶、片帮等不良情况,同时围岩变形量控制在安全范围内,现场取得较为显著的掘进及支护效果。With the increase of mining range and depth,it is unavoidable to encounter soft and fractured coal bodies during roadway excavation,and the roadway faces greater safety risks and difficulty in controlling the surrounding rock.Taking the 3506 transport lane excavation through the soft fracture zone as the research object,we propose to reduce the distance of the empty roof and timely temporary support for the surrounding rock by short excavation and short support;optimise the temporary support to improve the support efficiency and support strength;design the permanent support scheme for the lane according to the distribution range of the fracture circle of the surrounding rock in the lane.After the field application,the 3506 transport lane over the soft fracture zone,the head of the head has always remained stable,there is no topping,flaky gang and other adverse conditions,while the surrounding rock deformation control within the safe range,the site to achieve more significant digging and support effect.
