摘  要:为了解决截割参数不合理造成效率低的问题,利用数值模拟软件对不同截割参数下截割效果进行研究,发现相关截割对煤壁单元产生的拉伸破坏作用比非相关截割要强很多,此时的煤壁易于被截落。同时随着截线距的增大,截割受到的截割阻力也就增大,随着截厚比的增大,此时截割比能耗呈现先逐步减小后缓慢增大的趋势,同时截线距与切削厚度比值为3.5~4时,此时的截割比能耗最低、截割效率最佳,为采煤机合理参数的选定提供一定的参考。In order to solve the problem of low efficiency caused by unreasonable cutting parameters,the cutting effect under different cutting parameters was studied by using numerical simulation software.It was found that the tensile damage effect of relevant cutting on coal wall unit was much stronger than that of non relevant cutting,and the coal wall was easy to be cut off at this time.At the same time,with the increase of the intercept distance,the cutting resistance is also large.With the increase of the section thickness ratio,the specific energy consumption of cutting presents a trend of gradually decreasing first and then slowly increasing.At the same time,when the ratio of the intercept distance to the cutting thickness is 3.5~4,the specific energy consumption of cutting is the lowest at this time,and the cutting efficiency is the best at this time.It provides some reference for the selection of reasonable parameters of shearer.
