摘　　要：基于刮板输送机减速器箱体的失效形式,合理构建刮板输送机减速器箱体模型,并以此为基础开展有限元分析,确认当前刮板输送机减速器箱体结构中存在的问题,进而提出刮板输送机减速器箱体拓扑优化设计方案,并通过有限元分析和工程实践两个角度确认此优化设计方案的有效性。Based on the failure form of the scraper conveyor reducer box,the model of the scraper conveyor reducer box is reasonably constructed,and finite element analysis is carried out on this basis to confirm the existing problems in the structure of the scraper conveyor reducer box,and then the topology optimization design of the scraper conveyor reducer box is proposed,and the effectiveness of this optimization design is confirmed through both finite element analysis and engineering practice.
