摘 要:为进一步提升采煤机的整机截割性能,以MG2×500/250-BW采煤机为载体采用PRO/E软件建立螺旋滚筒的三维软件,并导入EDEM软件中建立其与含矸煤岩的耦合仿真模型,分别对不同滚筒螺旋升角、滚筒截割速度、采煤机牵引速度和滚筒旋转速度对应采煤机的截割性能进行仿真分析,为后续采煤机滚筒参数的优化及牵引速度的设定奠定理论基础。In order to further improve the cutting performance of the shearer×500/250-BW shearer uses PRO/E software as the carrier to establish the three-dimensional software of the spiral drum,and imports it into the EDEM software to establish the coupling simulation model with gangue bearing coal rock.The simulation analysis is carried out on the cutting performance of the corresponding shearer with different drum spiral lift angle,drum cutting speed,shearer traction speed and drum rotation speed,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent optimization of shearer drum parameters and the setting of traction speed.
