摘 要:由于受到入选的原煤煤质变化以及煤泥含量增加等因素影响,选煤厂原有的粗煤泥回收系统存在粗精煤灰分高、粗煤泥回收效果不佳等问题,提出将TCS智能分选机替代原有高频振动细筛对粗煤泥进行回收,该分选机可实现粒径0.25~1.0 mm粗煤泥高效分选且底流为连续排料,有助于提升后续设备运行可靠性。经现场应用后,粗煤泥回收效果得以明显改善,提升了精煤品质及产率,可在一定程度上提升选煤厂生产效益。Due to the influence of factors such as the change of raw coal quality and the increase of slime content,the original coarse slime recovery system in the coal preparation plant has problems such as high content of coarse and fine coal ash and poor recovery effect of coarse slime.It is proposed to replace the original high-frequency vibrating fine screen with TCS intelligent separator to recover coarse slime.This separator can realize efficient separation of 0.25~1.0 mm coarse slime and the underflow is continuous discharge,It is helpful to improve the operation reliability of subsequent equipment.After field application,the recovery effect of coarse slime has been significantly improved,not only improving the quality and yield of clean coal products,but also improving the production efficiency of the coal preparation plant to a certain extent.
