摘  要:综采工作面回采巷道超前支护普遍使用单体+工字钢或者迈步式超前支架等方式,现场应用时均不同程度存在支护强度低、劳动强度大以及反复支撑导致顶板破碎等问题,给回采巷道超前支护段有效控制带来一定影响。以某矿2803综采工作面回采巷道为研究对象,提出使用ZQL2×3650/29/50超前支架进行支护,并通过单轨吊实现快速移动,可实现回采巷道超前支护段围岩有效控制,并满足采面快速推进需要。现场应用后,超前支架可维护回采巷道超前支护段围岩稳定,并与综采设备配合良好,为采面安全高效回采创造了良好条件。The advanced support of the stoping roadway in the fully mechanized mining face generally uses single body+working steel or step type advanced support,and there are problems such as low support intensity,high labor intensity,and roof breakage caused by repeated support in different degrees in the field application,which has a certain impact on the effective control of the advanced support section of the stoping roadway.Taking the advance support of stoping roadway in 2803 fully mechanized working face as an example,it is proposed to use ZQL2×3650/29/50 advance support is used for support,and fast movement is achieved by monorail crane,which can effectively control the surrounding rock of advance support section of the mining roadway and meet the needs of rapid advance of the mining face.After field application,the advance support can maintain the stability of the surrounding rock of the advance support section of the mining roadway,and cooperate well with the comprehensive mining equipment,creating good conditions for safe and efficient mining of the mining face.
