摘　　要：对刮板输送机智能化关键技术进行分析,通过综合使用变频控制、集中润滑、智能紧链、煤量扫描以及先进水冷系统等,可以明显提升刮板输送机智能化控制程度。对刮板输送机智能化控制系统在山西某矿30502综采工作面SZZ1350/700刮板输送机应用情况进行综合评价,发现该智能控制系统各子系统运行平稳、可靠,可增强刮板输送机运行可靠性,提升采面煤炭生产效率。The key technology of scraper conveyor intelligence is analyzed,and the degree of scraper conveyor intelligence control can be obviously improved by the integrated use of frequency control,centralized lubrication,intelligent chain tightening,coal volume scanning and advanced water cooling system.A comprehensive evaluation of the application of the scraper conveyor intelligent control system in SZZ1350/700 scraper conveyor at 30502 comprehensive mining face shows that the intelligent control system has smooth and reliable operation of all subsystems,which can enhance the reliability of scraper conveyor operation and improve the coal production efficiency of the mining face.
