摘 要:基于煤矿电气隔爆开关传统断电闭锁装置在开盖断电时存在安全隐患,威胁着供电安全的问题,大斗沟煤矿通过技术研究,对隔爆开关传统断电闭锁装置进行优化,分析了优化后的闭锁装置结构及工作原理,并通过实际应用效果来看,优化后的断电闭锁装置动作灵敏、可靠,在开盖时能够及时断电,保证了隔爆开关开盖检修安全,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the fact that the traditional power-off locking device of the electrical flameproof switch in coal mines has potential safety hazards when opening the cover and power-off,threatening the safety of power supply,Dadougou Coal Mine has optimized the traditional power-off locking device of the flameproof switch through technical research,analyzed the structure and working principle of the optimized locking device,and seen from the actual application effect,the optimized power-off locking device is sensitive and reliable,and can power off in time when opening the cover,It ensures the safety of the cover opening and maintenance of the flameproof switch,and has achieved remarkable application results.
