摘 要:针对正明煤矿集中运输巷掘进期间受断层带影响,出现顶板破碎现象,采用传统U型钢棚支护时,钢棚支护承载强度小、变形严重,制约巷道安全快速掘进的问题,对U29型钢棚进行优化改进,采用了一套增阻抗压式U29型钢棚,并对该钢棚结构原理进行分析。通过实际应用效果来看,优化改进后的U型钢棚抗压效果好、不易变形,适用于大变形围岩中,取得显著应用成效。In view of the phenomenon that the roof is broken due to the influence of the fault zone during the excavation of the centralized transportation roadway in Zhengming Coal Mine,when the traditional U-shaped steel shed is used for support,the steel shed has small bearing strength and severe deformation,which restricts the safe and rapid excavation of the roadway,the U29 steel shed is optimized and improved,a set of resistance increasing and compression resisting U29 steel shed is adopted,and the structural principle of the steel shed is analyzed.According to the actual application effect,the optimized U-shaped steel shed has good compression resistance effect and is not easy to deform.It is suitable for large deformation surrounding rock and has achieved remarkable application results.
