摘　　要：为解决太原选煤厂FP75150分级破碎机破碎效果较差、处理能力不足及极易堵料的问题,提出采用SSC800型三轴分级破碎机替代原有滚轴筛的方案,解决选煤厂原有分级筛易卡大块矸石、大块原煤外排、处理能力低等问题,实现岗位无人值守,达到减人增效目的。In order to solve the problems of poor crushing effect,insufficient handling capacity and easy blockage of the FP75150 classifying crusher in Taiyuan Coal Processing Plant,the SSC800 three-shaft classifying crusher was designed to replace the original roller screen,solving many problems such as easy jamming of large pieces of gangue,discharge of large pieces of raw coal and low handling capacity of the original classifying screen in the coal processing plant,realizing unattended positions and achieving the purpose of reducing manpower and increasing efficiency.
