摘 要:由于煤矿井下原煤运输多采用带式输送机搭接方式实现,在搭接位置以及煤仓容易出现堆煤故障,给井下原煤运输工作带来制约。为此,基于视觉检测技术提出一种带式输送机堆煤故障监测系统,通过在带式输送机搭接位置布置工业相机获取带式输送机运行画面,通过专业图像处理软件对运行画面进行分析,确保搭接位置堆煤高度,将监测获取到的高度与预先设定的预警高度、报警高度进行比对,从而实现堆煤故障监测及预警。经现场应用后,该堆煤故障监测系统运行平稳,堆煤故障监测精度高、报警时间短,可在一定程度上提升带式输送机运输效率及安全保障能力。As the underground raw coal transportation in coal mines is mostly realized by the belt conveyor lap,the coal pile failure is easy to occur in the lap position and coal bunker,which brings constraints to the underground raw coal transportation work.To this end,a belt conveyor pile coal fault monitoring system is proposed based on visual detection technology.By arranging industrial cameras at the belt conveyor lap position,the operating screen of the belt conveyor is obtained,and the operating screen is analysed by professional image processing software to ensure the pile coal height at the lap position,and the height obtained from monitoring is compared with the pre-set warning height and alarm height,so as to achieve pile coal fault monitoring and Early warning.After the field application,the coal pile fault monitoring system runs smoothly,with high accuracy of coal pile fault monitoring and short alarm time,which can improve the belt conveyor transportation efficiency and safety guarantee capability to a certain extent.
