摘 要:由于煤矿井下水仓排水设备自动化水平低,在排水过程中需专人全天候值守,劳动作业强度大,巡检精度低,安全系数低,对此塔山煤矿管路队通过技术研究,在井下水仓安装了一套自动排水控制装置。该装置实现了水仓排水无人值守的目的,提高了水仓排水自动化水平,取得了显著应用成效。Due to the low level of automation of the underground water bin drainage equipment in coal mines,it is necessary to have a person on duty around the clock during the drainage process,which is labor-intensive,and the accuracy and safety factor of manual inspection of the water level in the water bin is low.The device has been put into use to achieve the purpose of unattended water bin drainage,improve the level of automation of water bin drainage,and achieve significant application results.
