摘 要:针对矿井提升机制动系统易发生的溜车、过卷、二次装载、启动电流反向、紧急制动条件误判等问题,设计了矿井主提升机恒减速制动控制系统,主要对提升机恒减速制动控制技术的液压、电气控制进行探讨,并对比恒减速与恒力矩制动控制方法,发现恒减速制动控制技术提高了主提升系统的安全性、平稳性、舒适性,提高了矿井提升机的运行稳定性。In view of the problems of slippage,over-rolling,secondary loading,reverse starting current and misjudgment of emergency braking conditions,the mine main hoist constant deceleration and braking control system has been designed,with good results in practice.This paper mainly discusses the hydraulic and electrical control of the machine constant deceleration brake control technology,and the method of constant deceleration.Compared with the constant torque brake control,the constant deceleration brake control technology improves the safety,smoothness and comfort of the whole system of the main hoist,and improves the operating stability of the mine hoist.
