摘　　要：针对选煤厂带式输送机在运输原煤过程中,频繁出现断带、跑偏、上窜下跳现象,导致选煤厂输送带故障率高,严重制约选煤厂安全高效生产的问题,野川煤矿通过技术研究对选煤厂带式输送机安装了集输送带自动检测、防跑偏以及防跳窜功能为一体的集中控制装置,同时分析了该装置结构及工作原理。该装置投入使用后,选煤厂带式输送机故障率降低了17%,减少设备维修费用达35万元,取得了显著应用成效。In the process of transporting raw coal,the belt conveyor of Yechuan Coal Mine Preparation Plant frequently appears belt breakage,deviation and jumping up and down,which leads to high failure rate of the conveyor belt in the preparation plant and seriously restricts the safe and efficient production of the preparation plant.Through technical research,a centralized control device based on automatic detection,deviation prevention and jumping prevention functions of the conveyor belt is installed for the belt conveyor in the preparation plant,At the same time,the structure and working principle of the device are analyzed.The failure rate of the belt conveyor in the coal preparation plant has been reduced by 17%after the device is put into use,and the equipment maintenance cost has been reduced by 350000 yuan,achieving remarkable application results.
