摘　　要：为保障煤矿生产过程中设备运行的稳定性和可靠性,设计监控系统对通风机运行状态进行监控。基于西门子公司研制的S7-1200型PLC控制器设计了监控系统,对其进行了详细介绍,并对主要传感器的型号及技术指标进行了分析。将设计的基于PLC控制器的监控系统部署到通风机工程实践中,取得了良好的效果,经济效益和安全效益显著。In order to ensure the stability and reliability of equipment operation during coal mine production,a monitoring system is designed to monitor the operation status of ventilation fans.The monitoring system is designed based on the S7-1200 PLC controller developed by Siemens,which is introduced in detail,and the main sensor models and technical indexes are analyzed.The designed monitoring system based on PLC controller is deployed to the ventilation fan engineering practice,and good results are achieved with significant economic and safety benefits.
