摘　　要：针对专用铁路线无超偏载检测装置无法对运煤货车超偏载情况进行监测,存在严重安全隐患的问题,设计了新型超偏载监测装置。应用结果表明,该装置可有效保障铁路煤炭外运安全和作业人员人身安全,提升运输效率,降低调车人员劳动强度,取得显著应用成效。Aiming at the problem that there is no over-deviation detection device on the special railway line and it is impossible to monitor the over-deviation of coal wagons,which is a serious safety hazard,a new over-deviation monitoring device is designed.The application results show that the device can effectively protect the safety of railway coal outbound transportation and personal safety of operators,enhance the transportation efficiency,reduce the labor intensity of shunting personnel,and achieve significant application results.
