摘　　要：立柱千斤顶为液压支架的主要动力结构,起到升降和支撑液压支架的作用,由于液压支架检修维护不到位以及腐蚀介质的影响,其经常会出现设备失效故障。针对矿井液压支架立柱及千斤顶的故障原因进行详细剖析,并提出了相应的改善方法及故障解决措施,为提高液压支架整体工作性能提供参考。The column jack is the main power structure of the hydraulic bracket,which plays the role of lifting and supporting the hydraulic bracket.Due to the poor maintenance of the hydraulic bracket and the influence of corrosive media,its equipment failure failure often occurs.A detailed analysis of the causes of the failure of the column and jack of the hydraulic support in the mine,and the corresponding improvement methods and fault resolution measures are proposed to provide reference for improving the overall working performance of the hydraulic support.
