摘  要:为了解硒对铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale)组培苗生长、SOD活性及多糖和叶绿素含量的影响,以铁皮石斛组培苗为材料,研究不同浓度亚硒酸钠溶液对铁皮石斛组培苗长势、SOD活性及多糖和叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,硒浓度为0.1 mg/L时,铁皮石斛组培苗成活率较高,硒含量在合理范围值内;硒浓度为1 mg/L时,SOD活性、多糖和叶绿素含量最高;硒浓度超过1 mg/L时,硒含量越高,对铁皮石斛组培苗生长、SOD活性及多糖和叶绿素含量的抑制作用越明显。硒浓度小于1 mg/L时,对铁皮石斛组培苗生长最为有利。In order to understand effects of Se on growth,SOD activity and contents of polysaccharide and chlo⁃rophyll of Dendrobium officinale tissue culture seedlings,taking D.officinale tissue culture seedlings as materi⁃als,effects of different concentrations of sodium selenite solutions on growth,SOD activity and contents of poly⁃saccharide and chlorophyll were studied.Results showed that when Se concentration was 0.1 mg/L,survival rate of D.officinale tissue culture seedlings was higher and Se content was within a reasonable range.When Se concentration was 1 mg/L,SOD activity and contents of polysaccharide and chlorophyll were the highest.When Se concentration was higher than 1 mg/L,inhibitory effects of Se on growth,SOD activity and contents of poly⁃saccharide and chlorophyll of D.officinale tissue culture seedlings were more obvious with increase of Se con⁃centration.When Se concentration was less than 1 mg/L,it was the most favorable for growth of D.officinale tis⁃sue culture seedlings.
