摘  要:为给闽楠(Phoebe bournei)种子长期保存和苗木生产提供理论依据,采用硅胶快速脱水方法处理闽楠种子,测定在脱水过程中其种子萌发及部分生理指标的变化,探讨脱水对闽楠种子萌发和抗氧化酶系统的影响。结果表明,新鲜闽楠种子具有较高的含水量(35.53%)和生活力(55.00%);轻度脱水可以促进种子萌发。随种子含水量下降,种子生活力呈先升后降的趋势;含水量降至16.09%时,种子全部失活。含水量从35.53%降至33.72%时,SOD、POD和CAT活性均增加,电导率上升,MDA含量下降;含水量降至31.22%时,SOD活性先降后升,CAT活性下降,POD活性较高,MDA含量先升后降;含水量低于31.22%时,SOD活性降低,POD和CAT活性较高,MDA含量增加,电导率先降后升。闽楠种子为顽拗性种子,储藏的最佳含水量为(33.72±0.69)%,安全含水量为(32.17±0.35)%。In order to provide theory basis for seed long-term preservation and seedling production of Phoebe bournei,taking rapid dehydration of silica gel treating P.bournei seeds,changes of seed germination and some physiological indexes during dehydration were measured to investigate effects of dehydration on seed germina⁃tion and antioxidant enzyme system of P.bournei.Results showed that P.bournei fresh seeds had higher mois⁃ture content(35.53%)and viability(55.00%).Mild dehydration could promote seed germination.When mois⁃ture content decreased from 35.53%to 33.72%,SOD,POD and CAT activities and conductivity increased,and MDA content decreased.When moisture content decreased to 31.22%,SOD activity decreased firstly and then increased,CAT activity decreased,POD activity was higher and MDA content increased firstly and then de⁃creased.When moisture content was lower than 31.22%,SOD activity decreased,POD and CAT activities were higher,MDA content increased,and conductivity decreased firstly and then increased.P.bournei seeds were re⁃calcitrant seeds.Optimum moisture content of P.bournei seeds for storage was(33.72±0.69)%,and safe mois⁃ture content of seeds was(32.17±0.35)%.
