摘  要:为解决目前水产养殖中水质监测传感器集成度低、布线麻烦、环境适应性差等问题,本文设计了自供电、无线通信、自带清洁功的多参数水质监测仪。本研究以水产养殖水体关键因子溶解氧、pH、盐度、浑浊度等为研究对象,开发了统一外形和传输接口的溶解氧、pH、电导率和浊度传感器,在此基础上进行多参数监测仪的集成开发。通过对现有的低功耗局域网和低功耗广域网技术的比较,最终选择LoRa无线通信技术;通过软件自动识别传感器设计,实现了操作者可任意安装传感器的位置,降低用户使用难度;通过中央清洁刷和防污涂层有效减缓了水生物附着,保障了监测仪和传感器的正常运行。试验表明,该多参数监测仪可实现养殖水体的全程无线通信和实时检测,准确度能够满足水产养殖水质监测的使用要求。In order to solve the problems of low integration, troublesome wiring and poor environmental adaptability of water quality monitoring sensors in aquaculture, a multi-parameter water quality monitoring instrument with self-power supply, wireless communication and self-clean function is designed. In this study, the key factors of aquaculture such as dissolved oxygen, pH, salinity, turbidity are taken as research objects, and dissolved oxygen,pH, conductivity and turbidity sensors with unified shape and transmission interface are developed. On this basis,the integrated development of multi-parameter monitoring instrument is carried out. By comparing the existing low-power LAN and low-power WAN technologies, LoRa wireless communication technology is finally selected.The automatic identification of sensors by the designed software enables the users to install the sensor at any position, making it easier to use the instrument. The central cleaning brush and anti-fouling coating effectively slow down the attachment of aquatic organisms and ensure the normal operation of the instrument and sensors. The experiment shows that the multi-parameter monitor can realize the whole-process wireless communication and real-time detection of aquaculture water, and its accuracy can meet the requirements of aquaculture water quality monitoring.
