摘　　要：全人类共同价值凝聚着人类不同文明的共识,为统筹中华民族伟大复兴的战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局,回应时代之变和世界之问提供了价值遵循。全人类共同价值的真理和目标蕴含着人对自由而全面发展的追求,妇女作为人类文明的重要创造者,一方面全人类共同价值为妇女全面发展提供了机遇、创造了条件,另一方面妇女的全面发展也为全人类共同价值的实现夯实了基础、提供了动力。唯有深刻地认识全人类共同价值视域下推动妇女全面发展的价值内涵、把握妇女全面发展的根本遵循、领悟妇女全面发展的时代意蕴、畅通妇女全面发展的实践路径,才能让中国特色社会主义妇女发展道路与中国式现代化的推进、人类命运共同体的构建、全人类共同价值的践行相互促进、相得益彰。The common values of all mankind embody the consensus of different human civilizations, serving as a guideline for grasping the strategic overall situation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and for dealing with the changes of the times and the challenges of the world. The truth and goal of the common values of mankind contain people’s pursuit of freedom and all-round development. Women are important creators of human civilization. On the one hand, the common values of mankind provides opportunities and conditions for the all-round development of women, and on the other, the all-round development of women also lays a solid foundation and provides a driving force for the realization of the common value of mankind. Only by comprehending the value connotation of promoting women’s all-round development from the perspective of the common values of mankind, grasping the fundamental compliance of women’s all-round development, comprehending the implications of the times of women’s all-round development, and facilitating the practical path of women’s all-round development, can the socialist path of women’s development with Chinese characteristics, the advance of Chinese modernization, the building of a community with a shared future for mankind, and the practice of the common values of mankind reinforce and complement each other.
