数字化赋能底层女性包容性创业的机理与作用——基于数字平台的多案例分析

摘　　要：数字化赋能底层女性包容性创业是一个全新的研究领域,指的是通过强调更广泛参与创业活动而实现对底层女性的包容性赋能。选取数字平台的典型案例展开多案例分析,提炼数字化赋能女性包容性创业的路径、机理与作用,构建基于包容性创业的数字化赋能底层女性创业分析框架。研究发现,底层女性创业者在数字平台上更有可能发现机会,从而探索多元化职业发展路径;数字化从三个维度为底层女性的创业活动提供赋能,包括心理维度、资源维度和能力维度,底层女性创业者由此拥有了更多包容性选择机会和选择空间;数字化赋能使得底层女性的创业门槛一定程度上有所降低,从而将低收入者纳入主流经济。Digital empowering inclusive entrepreneurship of women at the bottom is a new research field, which refers to the inclusive empowerment of women at the bottom by emphasizing more extensive participation in entrepreneurial activities. The article selects typical cases of digital platforms to carry out multiple case analysis, research on the mechanism of digital enabling women’s inclusive entrepreneurship, and build an analysis framework based on inclusive entrepreneurship. The research found that the bottom female entrepreneurs are more likely to find opportunities on the digital platform to explore the path of diversified career development;digitalization provides empowerment for entrepreneurial activities of women at the bottom from three dimensions, including psychological dimension, resource dimension and ability dimension, so that women entrepreneurs at the bottom have more inclusive choice opportunities and choice space;digital empowerment has lowered the threshold of entrepreneurship for bottom women to some extent, thus bringing low-income people into the mainstream economy.
