摘　　要：为提高勘察行业安全生产工作水平,优化项目管理模式,提高工作效率,着力解决现阶段面临的内外部监督难题。针对勘察行业的特点,分析在安全生产工作中可能出现的风险点,研究改进管理模式的有效方法,推动全行业安全生产工作的长远发展。To improve the level of safety production in the survey industry, it is necessary to optimize the project management model, improve work efficiency, and strive to solve the internal and external supervision problems faced at this stage. According to the features of the survey industry, it is essential to analyze the risk points that may occur in the safety production work, and study the effective methods of improving the management mode to promote the long-term development of the safety production work of the whole industry.
