摘 要:跨高速桥现浇箱梁施工对支架的质量提出较高的要求,传统支架存在稳定性差、安全性不足等问题,不利于桥梁建设进度与工程质量。随着科学技术的发展,钢承重支架得到广泛应用。结合工程实例,着重对大跨度工字钢承重支架的应用进行了分析,阐述了搭建和拆除的作业要点,依托稳定可靠的大跨度工字钢承重支架进行箱梁施工,在保证安全的前提下提高质量和效率。The construction of cast-in-place box girder across the high-speed bridge puts forward high requirements for the quality of the support. The traditional support has problems such as poor stability and insufficient safety, which is not conducive to the bridge construction progress and engineering quality. With the development of science and technology, the steel load-bearing bracket has been widely used. Combined with the engineering examples, the paper analyzes the application of large-span I-steel load-bearing support, expounds the key points of construction and dismantling, relying on the stable and reliable long-span I-steel steel load-bearing support for box girder construction, and improves the quality and efficiency under the premise of ensuring safety.
