摘  要:悬挑式外脚手架是在高层建筑施工过程受地下室及周围空间影响而无法科学合理地在地面上搭设脚手架的情况下所常用的施工工艺。但是在面对建筑外立面为错层阳台构造,同一轴线部位上下层阳台长短不一,阳台分4种尺寸,突出建筑外立面2.2~3.3 m,从2层开始,每4层各层阳台尺寸不一致,以此向上至屋面,需充分结合工程实际进行悬挑式外脚手架搭设施工方案的设计,并对悬挑式外脚手架的搭设要点进行深入探讨。应用结果表明,悬挑式外脚手架能够克服了异形外立面高层建筑外立面构造复杂,错层距离大,无法正常搭设脚手架的难题。Cantilever external scaffold is a common construction technology when the construction process of high-rise buildings is affected by the basement and surrounding space and it is impossible to set up a scaffold on the ground scientifically and reasonably. However, the facade facing the building is a staggered balcony structure.The length of the upper and lower level balconies at the same axis is different. The balconies are divided into four sizes, 2.2~3.3 m protruding from the facade of the building. From the second floor, the size of the balconies on each floor of every four floors is inconsistent. From this point up to the roof, it is necessary to fully combine the actual situation of the project to design the construction scheme for the erection of cantilever external scaffolding, and deeply discuss the key points for the erection of cantilever external scaffolding. The application results show that the cantilevered scaffold can overcome the problems of complex facade structure of high-rise buildings with irregular facade, large staggered floor distance and the inability to erect the scaffold normally.
