摘 要:人工智能技术的飞速发展给人类社会的生活带来了极大的便捷。目前,人工智能技术已经逐步地应用到了各行各业,并使各行各业的生产结构发生变化。这些因人工智能技术导致的变化为高校毕业生创造了更多的就业岗位,提升了就业质量,并增强了就业幸福感,但与此同时也给他们带来了更多的挑战。人工智能技术的发展对就业岗位机制与需求造成了破坏,从而导致企业对人才的规格要求不断攀升。因此,高校有必要采取教育改革、加强校企合作并促进实践教学、实施就业培训等措施,以提升高校毕业生的就业能力。Artificial intelligence technology has been gradually applied to all walks of life, and has changed the production structures. The changes have created more jobs for college graduates, improved the quality of employment and enhanced their happiness in employment. However, more challenges have been brought to them. The development of artificial intelligence technology has caused damage to the employment mechanism and demand,which leads to the increasing requirements of enterprises for talents. Therefore, it is necessary for colleges and universities to take measures such as educational reform, strengthening school-enterprise cooperation to promote practical teaching and implementing employment training in order to enhance the employability of college graduates.
