摘 要:为研究洗涤方式对棉针织物尺寸稳定性的影响,选用机械处理法,模拟日常生活的洗涤方式,通过设计3因素3水平正交试验,探讨了干燥方法、洗涤温度、洗涤时间对棉针织物缩水率的影响。结果表明:干燥方法对棉针织物缩水率的影响最为显著,其次是洗涤时间,最后是洗涤温度;最佳洗涤方式为干燥方式选择熨斗压烫,洗涤时间15 min,洗涤温度40℃,该洗涤方式下对棉针织物缩水率的影响较小。In order to study the effect of washing method on the size stability of knitted cotton fabric,mechanical treatment method was used to simulate the washing method in daily life.By designing the orthogonal test of three factor levels,the influence of drying method,washing temperature and washing time on the shrinkage rate of cotton knitting was discussed.The results show that drying method has the most significant effect on shrinkage rate of knitted cotton fabric,followed by washing time and washing temperature.The best drying method is press and iron and the best washing method is the washing time 15 min,the washing temperature 40℃,the washing method has little influence on the shrinkage rate of cotton knitting.
