摘  要:基于挺胸驼背体态的形态特征设计并制作了一款能模拟特殊体型的可调节人台。依据标准男体人台的点云数据,应用Geomagic Studio软件进行逆向建模,在该模型上实现面板设计,使用步进电动机作为驱动装置设计内部机械结构,采用逆向建模技术和机电一体化技术设计并制作出体态可调节人台。结果显示,该人台能够进行调节,达到与实验对象相似的外观形态,具有良好的仿真精度,实现了对特殊体型的模拟。该人台可以应用于服装个性化定制,为全方位可调节人台的发展提供理论基础和技术支撑。Based on the shape characteristics of the hunchback posture,an adjustable mannequin which can simulate the special body shape was designed and made.According to the point cloud data of the standard mannequin,reverse modeling was performed using the Geomagic Studio software to realized panel design on the model,stepper motor was used as the driving device to design the internal mechanical structure,reverse modeling technology and mechatronics technology were used to design and fabricate the body adjustable mannequin.Results show that the device can be adjusted to achieve a similar appearance to the experimental object,with good simulation accuracy,and realize the simulation of special body type.The mannequin can be applied to the personalized customization of clothing and provide theoretical basis and technical support for the development of the all-directional adjustable table.
