摘 要:针对服装单件流水线生产中存在的等待、瓶颈等不平衡问题,借助重构优化原则和Flexsim软件对服装单件流水线的平衡优化与仿真模拟进行研究,提升流水线生产效率和预测结果的准确性。首先对服装单件流水线生产平衡的影响因素和评价指标进行研究;然后以一款西装为实例,通过对该西装作业现状分析,根据服装生产流水线工序重构优化原则对西装流水线进行重构优化,用Flexsim软件对优化后的西装生产线进行仿真优化。研究结果表明:优化后的生产线编制效率由41%提高到95%,均衡指数由41.0减少为2.2,日产量由58件提高到124件。Aiming at the unbalance problems such as waiting and bottleneck existing in the production of single garment assembly line,the balance optimization and simulation of single garment assembly line was studied with the help of the reconfiguration optimization principle and Flexsim software in this paper,so as to improve the production efficiency of the assembly line and the accuracy of the prediction results.Firstly,the influencing factors and evaluation indexes of the production balance of single garment assembly line were studied.Then,taking a suit as an example,through the analysis of the operation status of the suit,the suit production line was reconstructed and optimized according to the principle of process reconstruction and optimization of the garment production line,and the optimized suit production line was simulated and optimized by Flexsim software.The results show that the production efficiency of the optimized production line is increased from 41%to 95%,the equilibrium index is reduced from 41.0 to 2.2,and the daily output is increased from 58 to 124.
