摘  要:针对废旧纯棉纺织品回收利用率低的问题,文章介绍了废旧纯棉纺织品的处理、回收利用方式,重点介绍了废旧棉回收做增强体制备复合材料这一利用方式。一方面,阐述了废旧棉增强复合材料的性能研究现状,包括隔热性能、力学性能;另一方面,回顾了近年来废旧棉增强复合材料的技术现状,包括废旧棉的参数、废旧棉增强体与树脂基体之间的相容性问题。分析表明:废旧棉增强复合材料的隔热性能、力学性能良好,在交通、建筑等领域有一定应用价值;对废旧棉纤维进行化学改性整理可以增强废旧棉与树脂基体之间的界面黏合性,并有利于废旧棉增强复合材料的机械性能。To solve the problem of low recycling rate of waste cotton fabrics,the treatment and recycling of waste cotton fabrics was introduced in the article,focusing on the recycling of waste cotton to make reinforced composite materials as a way of utilization.On the one hand,the current status of research on the properties of waste cotton-reinforced composites was described,including thermal insulation properties and mechanical properties;on the other hand,the current state of the art of waste cotton-reinforced composites in recent years was reviewed,including the parameters of waste cotton and the compatibility issues between the waste cotton reinforcement and the resin matrix.The analysis shows that the thermal insulation properties and mechanical properties of waste cotton reinforced composites are good and have some application value in the fields of transportation and construction;moreover,it is found that the chemically modified finishing of waste cotton fibers can enhance the interfacial adhesion between waste cotton and resin matrix and facilitate the mechanical properties of waste cotton reinforced composites.
