摘  要:目前磁悬浮轴承支承特性的研究主要是基于线性支承力模型或者忽略非线性因素(漏磁及磁饱和)的非线性支承力模型,然而这样的研究方法不能全面地反应磁悬浮轴承的支承特性。因此需要对考虑了非线性因素的支承特性进行研究。首先,建立考虑漏磁及磁饱和的非线性支承力模型,接着利用simulink对磁悬浮轴承系统进行动态仿真,最后对磁悬浮轴承的非线性支承特性进行了分析。研究表明,控制电流越大,系统的漏磁及磁饱和现象越严重,非线性系统提供的支承刚度更小、抵御干扰的能力更差;转子偏离轴承中心越远,非线性因素对支承特性的影响越大。考虑了非线性影响因素的磁悬浮轴承系统对实际工作状况更具有指导意义,可为磁悬浮轴承在非线性下的实际研究提供基础。At present,the research on bearing characteristics of magnetic bearing is mainly based on linear bearing capacity model or nonlinear bearing capacity model which ignores nonlinear factor(flux leakage and magnetic saturation),however,such a research method cannot fully reflect the bearing characteristics of magnetic bearings.Therefore,it is necessary to study the bearing characteristics with nonlinear factors taken into account.Firstly,the nonlinear bearing capacity model considering flux leakage and magnetic saturation is established,and then simulink is used to simulate the magnetic bearing system dynamically,finally,the nonlinear bearing characteristics of magnetic bearing are analyzed.The results show that the larger the control current,the more serious the flux leakage and magnetic saturation,the smaller the bearing stiffness provided by the nonlinear system,and the poorer the ability to resist interference.The further the rotor deviates from the center of the bearing,the greater the influence of the nonlinear factors on the bearing characteristics.The magnetic bearing system considering the nonlinear influence factors has more guiding significance to the actual working condition,which can provide the foundation for the actual research of magnetic bearing under the nonlinear condition.
