摘  要:针对坐骑式割草机在坡道后向作业时容易发生倾覆与翻滚造成驾驶员伤亡的问题,采用Hypermesh建模建立了坐骑式割草机有人作业时的模型,对割草机发生后翻时驾驶员的伤亡程度进行了研究,获得了驾驶员头部、颈部和胸部的损伤值。研究数据显示,坐骑式割草机在后向坡道发生后翻时,驾驶员在两点式安全带的保护下,头部损伤与胸部损伤均在安全阀值范围之内,头部3ms加速度超出安全阀值72.5%,颈部受到的轴向拉力超出安全阀值142.42%。此项研究可以为坐骑式割草机驾驶员保护领域提供理论基础,从而更好地降低驾驶员损伤度,提升坐骑式割草机的市场占比。Aiming at the problem that the ride-on lawn mower is prone to overturning and rolling when it is working behind the slope,causing driver injury or death,Hypermesh modeling is used to establish a model of the ride-on lawn mower when it is in operation,and it The degree of driver casualties was studied,and the head,neck and chest injuries were obtained.The research data show that when the riding lawn mower rolls over on the backward slope,the driver is protected by the two-point seat belt,the head injury and the chest injury are within the safety threshold,and the head is accelerated for 3ms.Exceeding the safety threshold of 72.5%,the axial tensile force on the neck exceeded the safety threshold of 142.42%.This research can provide a theoretical basis for the driver lawn mower to protect the field,thereby reducing the degree of driver damage and increasing the market share of the riding lawn mower.
