摘 要:针对传统汽车存在油量显示不够稳定和精确度不高的问题,对仪表的软件和硬件作了逻辑分析与改进,设计了用于仪表油量显示A/D电路和油量算法,油量算法包含滤波处理、阈值控制、纠错处理等控制策略,用以改善液晶仪表存在油量显示不够稳定和精确度不高的问题,并通过常规测试、加油漏油测试、车况模拟测试等模拟测试和不同工况下的实车测试,验证了所设计的油量算法能满足油量显示指示准确性以及油量显示的响应速度要求,可实际应用于液晶仪表开发。To improve the existing problems of insufficient stability and low precision of oil amount display of traditional automobile,instrument hardware circuit and software logic were analyzed and improved by designing the A/D circuit of hardware part of the instrument and oil amount display control strategy which include filtering process,threshold control,error correction.Some simulation tests such as routine test,refueling and oil-leakage test,vehicle condition simulation test have been carried out,and then a series of working conditions of the test have been implemented.The simulation results show that the algorithm can meet the accuracy of oil amount display indication and the response speed of oil amount display.The field vehicle test can estimate the interval of larger oil variation,and confirmed that the value of the displayed oil amount can be kept a steady state when the instantaneous oil amount fluctuates greatly,which can be applied to the development of LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)instrument.
