摘  要:药柱装药钻削成形过程中,以其特殊的粘弹性材料加工的复杂性和环境温度的敏感感知等因素,使在实际加工过程中加工参数的选择变得比较困难。加工参数的选择直接影响钻削温度,温度的高低侧面影响加工效率和安全性,因此研究钻削参数对钻削过程中的温度影响规律对指导生产是十分必要的。以少见的钻削粘弹性材料为例,通过仿真计算和实验验证,研究了主轴转速、进给速度和环境温度对钻削温度的影响规律。结论表明:粘弹性材料钻削与金属钻削具有一定的相似之处,但是切削热和摩擦热的影响关系与材料的韧性有关。研究发现药柱的粘弹性材料在40℃左右时,温度上升明显变缓,这是由于不同材料的温升特性不同。并且根据已知数据得出在环境温度为20℃,转速160r/min,进给速度为1.7mm/s时,最高温度变化相对稳定,且处于较安全温度控制范围。It is difficult to choose the machining parameters in the actual machining process because of the special viscoelastic material,the complexity of machining and the sensitive perception of ambient temperature. The selection of machining parameters directly affects the drilling temperature,and the high and low sides of the temperature affect the machining efficiency and safety.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the influence law of drilling parameters on the temperature in the drilling process to guide the production. Taking a rare drilling viscoelastic material as an example,the influence of spindle speed,feed speed and ambient temperature on drilling temperature is studied through simulation and experimental verification. The results show that the drilling of viscoelastic materials is similar to that of general metal drilling,but the temperature rise characteristics of the materials are different,and the influence of cutting heat and friction heat is quite different. The results show that the drilling of viscoelastic materials is similar to the general metal drilling,but the influence of cutting heat and friction heat is related to the toughness of the materials. It is found that when the viscoelastic material of the column is about 40℃,the temperature rise is obviously slow,which is due to the different temperature rise characteristics of different materials. And according to the known data,when the ambient temperature is 20℃,the rotating speed is 160r/min,and the feeding speed is 1.7mm/s,the maximum temperature change is relatively stable and in a safe temperature control range.
