摘  要:为促进固废再生利用,改善50%再生粗集料取代率的沥青混合料路用性能,研究分别以0,0.15%,0.2%,0.25%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%、0.6%掺量的玻璃纤维掺入再生粗集料沥青混合料中,研究各种掺量下玻纤-再生粗集料沥青混合料的物理性能指标、标准马歇尔试验标准和浸水马歇尔试验指标改变规律。结果表明,当玻纤掺量增多,再生粗集料沥青混合料的密度不断下降,吸水率先降低后升高,稳定度和马歇尔模数先升高后降低,在0.15%掺量时为最大值,稳定度提升了44.13%;流值先降低后升高,在0.15%掺量时为最小值,流值下降了48.78%;浸水马歇尔稳定度先升高后降低,在0.15%时达到最大值,残留稳定度先升高后降低,在0.20%时达到最大值,提升了43.63%。因此50%再生粗集料沥青混合料中建议掺入玻纤的含量为0.15%~0.20%。In order to promote the recycling of solid waste and improve the performance of asphalt mixture with 50%recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate,in this study,0,0.15%,0.2%,0.25%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%and 0.6%glass fiber were mixed into recycled coarse aggregate asphalt mixture.The change rules of physical performance index,standard Marshall test standard and immersion Marshall test index of glass fiber-recycled coarse aggregate asphalt mixture were studied.The results showed that when the content of glass fiber increased,the density of recycled coarse aggregate asphalt mixture decreased,the water absorption decreased at first and then increased,the stability and Marshall modulus increased at first and then decreased,and the stability increased by 44.13%when the content was 0.15%.The flow value decreased at first and then increased,and the flow value decreased by 48.78%.The immersion Marshall stability increased at first and then decreased,reaching the maximum at 0.15%,and the residual stability increased at first and then decreased,and reached the maximum at 0.20%,which increased by 43.63%.Therefore,the recommended content of glass fiber in 50%recycled coarse aggregate asphalt mixture is 0.15%~0.20%.
