摘 要:以多年生黑麦草为材料,采用盆栽的方法,研究不同高温胁迫下AM真菌Arbuscular mycorrhizal对多年生黑麦草Lolium perenne的生长及生理代谢的影响。结果表明:高温胁迫下,接种AM真菌可以促进多年生黑麦草的生长,多年生黑麦草的株高、地上与地下部干质量有明显增加,与对照差异显著;与对照相比,接种AM真菌能够显著提高多年生黑麦草的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度及叶绿素最大荧光速率,降低细胞间CO_(2)浓度,增强植株光合能力。高温胁迫下,接种AM真菌可以减轻高温胁迫对多年生黑麦草造成的伤害,在一定程度上可以提高多年生黑麦草的抗热性。This paper studied the effects of Arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) on the growth and physiological metabolism of L. perenne under different heat stress in potted plants. The results showed that AM fungi could promote the growth of L. perenne under high temperature stress, and the plant height and dry weight of the aboveground and underground ground of L. perenne were significantly increased, which were significantly different from those before the control. Compared with the control, inoculation with AM fungi could significantly increase the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and the maximum fluorescence rate of chlorophyll, reduce the intercellular CO_(2)concentration, and enhance the photosynthetic capacity of L. perenne.Under high temperature stress, inoculation with AM fungi can reduce the damage of L. perenne caused by high temperature stress and improve the heat resistance of L. perenne to a certain extent.
