广东湛江红树林国家级自然保护区昆虫多样性研究

摘　　要：2019—2021年,采用路线踏查和定点监测的方法调查了湛江红树林自然保护区高桥站、东海岛、特呈岛4个区域的昆虫种类和数量,并分析保护区内昆虫群落多样性。每3个月进行一次调查,共捕获昆虫8495头,涉及12目78科164属184种。Margalef物种丰富度指数d、Simpson物种优势度指数D、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数H′及P_(i)elou均匀度指数J分析结果表明,保护区域内昆虫类群多样性丰富,其中蚁科Formicidae、蚊科Culicidae、摇蚊科Chironomidae和白蚁科Termitidae为优势科。4个调查点间昆虫物种相似度均低于0.5,表现为中等不相似。In order to evaluate the diversity of insect in Zhanjiang Mangrove National Nature Reserve,Gaoqiao,Techeng island and Donghai island were selected and 4 areas were chose to survey the insects species and quantity from 2019 to 2021 every 3 months by route inspection and fixed-point monitoring.8495 specimens belonging to 184 species,164 genera,78 families of 12 orders were collected.Diversity analysis with Margalef index(d),Simpson index(D),Shannon-Wiener index(H′)and P_(i)elou index(J)showed that the diversity of insect groups was rich.The dominant family were Formicidae,Culicidae,Chironomidae and Termitidae.The similarity indexes of the 4 investigation areas were lower than 0.5 showed that the species dissimilarity was moderate.
