冶金焦炭性价比分析模型的建立和应用

摘　　要：利用炼铁行业公认的焦炭质量指标变化对高炉技经指标影响的实际经验值,通过设定参数核算焦炭各项指标变化1%,对焦炭价格的影响,建立焦炭性价比分析模型。通过模型的建立和分析发现,中天钢铁二级焦和高硫焦(二级湿熄)相比准一级焦不具备性价比,中天钢铁高炉燃耗随着经济焦使用比例的降低呈现明显下降趋势。此外,焦炭结算考核体系中考核幅度采用焦炭合同价的固定百分比形式相比固定金额形式更具有科学性和灵活性。Using the actual experience value of the influence of coke quality index change on blast furnace technology and economic index,the influence of coke price change of 1%is calculated by setting parameters.The model analysis shows that the secondary coke and high sulfur coke(secondary wet quenching)of Zhongtian are not cost-effective compared with the quasi-primary coke,and the blast furnace fuel consumption of Zhongtian decreases obviously with the decrease of the proportion of economic coke.In addition,the percentage of coke contract price used in assessment range of coke settlement assessment system is more scientific and flexible than fixed amount.
