摘 要:讨论了20CrMnTiH钢带状组织试样在轧后、正火、退火、等温退火等工艺状态下的带状组织的变化情况,结果显示不同热处理状态下的带状组织级别存在较大差异,尤其退火状态下的带状组织,级别增长较为明显。等温退火后的带状组织级别与试样冷却速度有明显对应性,随炉冷却带状组织级别增长较多,与退火状态基本一致,空冷带状组织级别增长不明显,与正火状态基本一致。Discussed the change of banded structure of 20CrMnTiH steel after rolling,normalizing,annealing and isothermal annealing.The results show that the banded structure levels are different in different heat treatment states,especially in annealing state,and the increase of the banded structure is obvious.The band structure level after isothermal annealing has obvious correspondence with the sample cooling rate,and increases more with furnace cooling band structure level,which is basically consistent with the annealing state,and the growth of air cooling band structure level is not obvious,which is basically consistent with the normalizing state.
