浅谈连续退火炉加热系统设计

摘　　要：近年来,我国经济飞速发展,汽车、家电等行业对于冷轧板材的需求量迅猛增长,连续退火机组因其产能高、产品质量好、生产周期短、成材率高、生产成本相对低等特点,得到国内钢厂的广泛关注。结合本钢连退机组退火炉运行状态和产品质量介绍了退火炉加热控制原理;先进的加热燃烧方式、完善的燃烧控制原理和思想等技术的综合应用,可以保证退火过程安全、高效、环保,进而保证机组产能及产品质量稳定。In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for cold rolled sheets in automobile,household appliances and other industries has grown rapidly.The continuous annealing line has been widely concerned by domestic steel mills because of its high capacity,good product quality,short production cycle,high yield,and relatively low production cost.This paper introduces the heating control principle of the annealing furnace in combination with the operation status and product quality of the annealing furnace in the continuous annealing line of Benxi Iron and Steel Co;The comprehensive application of advanced heating and combustion methods,sound combustion control principles and ideas can ensure the safety,efficiency and environmental protection of the annealing process,thus ensuring the stability of the unit capacity and product quality.
