摘  要:随着人们环保意识的提高,对VOC认知的深入,各国政府陆续制定法律法规,对VOC的排放进行限制,引导各企业和科研机构,减少涂料中VOC的含量。水性涂料对环境友好,水廉价易得,不燃无腐蚀性,具有无可比拟的优势,同时也有些缺点,比如不耐水、硬度不高、不耐化学品、存储和施工受环境影响大,仍有很多技术难关需要攻克。各企业在取得技术突破和创新后,往往通过申请专利来保护该技术,提升企业的市场竞争力。文章以近十年来的全球专利文献为切入点,采用智慧芽(Patsnap)专利检索和分析工具,对有关水性涂料的发明专利申请的总体趋势、技术构成、专利技术领域和重点申请人等进行了详尽的分析,以研究涂料水性化技术的发展情况,为企业,高校和科研机构的技术研发提供参考。With the improvement of people’s awareness of environmental protection and the deepening of their understanding of VOC,governments in various countries have successively formulated laws and regulations to limit VOC emissions,guide enterprises and research institutions to reduce the content of VOC in coatings.Waterborne coatings are environmentally friendly,water is cheap and easy to get,nonflammable and non corrosive,which has incomparable advantages.At the same time,they also have some disadvantages,such as water resistance,low hardness,chemical resistance,storage and applying are greatly affected by the environment,and there are many technical difficulties to overcome.After making technological breakthroughs and innovations,enterprises often apply for patents to protect the technology and enhance their market competitiveness.Based on the global patent literature in the past decade,this paper uses Patsnap patent search and analysis tools to conduct a detailed analysis of the general trend,technical composition,patent technology field and key applicants of invention patent applications related to water-based coatings,so as to study the development of water-based coating technology and provide reference for technology research and development of enterprises,universities and research institutions.
