摘  要:胜利油田钻遇疏松砂岩地层常常会发生泥饼压差卡钻、井壁垮塌、沉砂卡钻和储层损害问题。强封堵钻井液是解决上述问题的有效手段,而高效封堵剂是技术关键。针对该问题,优选了3T贴膜剂,并进行了室内评价和现场试验。室内评价结果表明,3T贴膜剂对钻井液流变性和滤失性影响小,能够有效提高地层的承压能力,扩大钻井液安全密度窗口,保护油气层效果显著。现场应用表明,3T贴膜剂既能防漏堵漏,又能避免井壁岩石水化膨胀造成的缩径以及垮塌导致的扩径,保持井径规则,有效减少井下复杂情况,满足胜利油田疏松砂岩地层钻完井的技术需要。Differential pressure sticking by mud cake,borehole wall collapse,sand-settling sticking and formation damage often occur in unconsolidated sandstone formations in Shengli oilfield.Strong-plugging drilling fluid is an effective means to solve the above problems,and efficient plugging agent is the key component.To solve this problem,3T patching agent was selected,and evaluated in laboratory and tested in field.Laboratory evaluation results show that the 3T agent has little effect on rheological properties and filtration properties of drilling fluid and it can effectively improve the bearing capacity of formation,enlarge the safe density window of drilling fluid,and has a significant effect on reservoir protection.The field application shows that the 3T agent can not only prevent leakage and plugging,but also prevent shrinkage caused by hydration expansion of borehole wall rock and enlargement caused by collapse,keep the borehole stable,effectively reduce the downhole complexity,and meet the technical needs of drilling and completion of unconsolidated sandstone formation.
