交联改性聚合物包覆膜对苯酚分离回收的应用及机理研究

摘  要:苯酚是一种常见的高毒性、难降解污染物,对环境和人体健康造成严重的危害,含酚废水的处理是化工企业面临的一大难题。以聚氯乙烯(PVC)和三辛基甲基氯化铵(Aliquat 336)作为基底聚合物和载体,通过紫外交联法制备了一系列交联型的聚合物包覆膜(PIM)并将它们用于苯酚废水的处理。探究了不同种类的交联聚合物聚乙二醇(二醇)二丙烯酸酯(PEG-DA)、聚(乙二醇)二甲基丙烯酸酯(PEG-DMA)、4-羟基丁基乙烯基醚(HBVE)及其含量对苯酚在PIM中传输的影响。结果表明:以PEG-DA为交联剂的PIM比另外两种交联剂更适用于苯酚的传输,并且在交联聚合物的质量分数为20%时,达到了PIM对苯酚的最佳传输效率。萃取率达到94.7%,反萃率达到86.8%,渗透系数为4.68μm·s^(-1),传质通量达到49.8μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)。利用该交联型PIM改善了对含酚废水的处理效果,对废水的净化以及酚类物质的回收有重要意义。Phenol is a common highly toxic,hard-to-degrade pollutant that poses a serious risk to the environment and human health.The treatment of phenol-containing wastewater is a major challenge for chemical companies.Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)and trioctyl methyl ammonium chloride(Aliquat 336)were used as the base polymer and carrier to prepare cross-linked polymer inclusion membranes for phenol wastewater treatment,which were prepared by UV cross-linking methods.The effect of different types of cross-linked polymers including polyethylene glycol(diol)diacrylate(PEG-DA),poly(ethylene glycol)dimethacrylate(PEG-DMA)and 4-hydroxybutyl vinyl ether(HBVE)and their content on the transport of phenol in PIM was investigated.The results showed that PIM with PEG-DA as crosslinker was more suitable for phenol transport than the other two crosslinkers.The optimum PIM transport efficiency for phenol was obtained at a mass ratio of 5∶5 between the base polymer and the cross-linked polymer.The extraction efficiency was 94.7%,the stripping efficiency was 86.8%,the permeability coefficient was 4.68μm·s^(-1),and the fluxes reached 49.8μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1).The use of this cross-linked PIM has improved the treatment of phenol-containing wastewater.It is valuable for the purification of wastewater and the recovery of phenolics.
