摘　　要：目的建立LC-MS/MS法同时测定复方鳖甲软肝片(鳖甲、莪术、赤芍等)中芍药内酯苷、芍药苷、连翘酯苷A、三七皂苷R1、连翘苷、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rh1、人参皂苷Rb1的含量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Poroshell 120 SB-C_(18)色谱柱(100 mm×3.0 mm,2.7μm);流动相水(含0.1%甲酸)-(甲醇-乙腈)(1∶1),梯度洗脱;体积流量0.45 mL/min;柱温40℃;电喷雾离子源;负离子检测;多反应监测模式。结果9种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9968),平均加样回收率97.57%~106.4%,RSD 2.6%~4.3%。结论该方法简便、灵敏、可靠,可用于复方鳖甲软肝片的质量控制。AIM To establish a LC-MS/MS method for the simultaneous determination of albiflorin,paeoniflorin,forsythoside A,notoginsenoside R1,forsythin,ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rh1 and ginsenoside Rb1 in Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablets(Trionycis Carapax,Curcumae Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix Rubra,etc.).METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 40℃thermostatic Poroshell 120 SB-C_(18)column(100 mm×3.0 mm,2.7μm),with the mobile phase comprising of water(containing 0.1%formic acid)-(methanol-acetonitrile)(1∶1)flowing at 0.45 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and electron spray ionization source was adopted in negative ion detection with multiple reaction monitoring mode.RESULTS Nine constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9968),whose average recoveries were 97.57%-106.4%with the RSDs of 2.6%-4.3%.CONCLUSION This simple,sensitive and reliable method can be used for the quality control of Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablets.
