摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定利肺片(五味子、百部、枇杷叶等)中绿原酸、甘草苷、槲皮素、山柰素、甘草酸、五味子醇甲、五味子酯甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素的含量。方法该药物70%甲醇提取液的分析采用Inertsustain-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温35℃;检测波长210 nm。采用最大方差旋转法进行质量评价。结果9种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9990),平均加样回收率83.7%~103.2%,RSD 1.30%~4.13%。旋转后累积方差解释率为92.631%,各成分归属于4个类型,样品(S19)质量最好。结论该方法准确、重复性好,可用于利肺片的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of chlorogenic acid,liquiritin,quercetin,kaempferol,glycyrrhizin,schisandrol A,schisantherin A,deoxyschizandrin andγ-schizandrin in The contents of nine components in Lifei Tablets(Schisandrae chinensis Fructus,Stemonae Radix,Eriobotryae Folium,etc.).METHODS The analysis of 70%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 35℃thermostatic Inertsustain-C_(18)column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm.The quality evaluation was performed by maximum variance rotation method.RESULTS Nine constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.9990),whose average recoveries were 83.7%-103.2%with the RSDs of 1.30%-4.13%.The explanation rate of accumulative variances after rotation was 92.631%,various constituents belonged to four types,and sample(S19)demonstrated the best quality.CONCLUSION This accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Lifei Tablets.
