摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定补骨坚骨液(补骨脂、骨碎补、陈皮等)中4种成分的含量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Kromasil 100-5-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-甲醇-0.6%磷酸(16∶10∶74);体积流量1 mL/min;检测波长246、283 nm;柱温30℃。结果柚皮苷、橙皮苷、补骨脂素、异补骨脂素分别在5.46~136.51、5.51~137.71、0.997~24.937、1.127~28.167μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9999),平均加样回收率分别为97.6%、98.6%、101.1%、101.6%,RSD分别为1.87%、1.44%、1.67%、2.08%。结论该方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于补骨坚骨液中的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the the simultaneous content determination of four constituents in Bugu Jiangu Liquid(Psoraleae Fructus,Drynariae Rhizoma,Citri reticulatae Pericarpium,etc.).METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Kromasil 100-5-C_(18)column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-methanol-0.6%phosphoric acid(16∶10∶74)flowing at 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelengths were set at 246,283 nm.RESULTS Naringin,hesperidin,psoralen,isopsoralen showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 5.46-136.51,5.51-137.71,0.997-24.937,1.127-28.167μg/mL(r≥0.9999),whose average recoveries were 97.6%,98.6%,101.1%,101.6%with the RSDs of 1.87%,1.44%,1.67%,2.08%,respectively.CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and reproducibille method can be used for the quality control of Bugu Jiangu Liquid.
